Aerial Conditioning
Aerial Conditioning is a high powered, fast paced 45-minute class developed to build core strength, flexibility and high levels of endurance using aerial hammocks.
This class is all inclusive, regardless of experience level. Be ready to hang, pull, twist, balance and hold your body in a variety of ways, with inversions and the occasional flip.
Based on the principals of High Intensity Interval Training, Hatha and Iyengar Yoga these early morning classes will leave you super charged and ready to power through the day ahead.
WHAT TO WEAR: comfortable clothing to move in, no jewellery, watches or clothing with zips. Socks are optional.
