Foundations
Previously named Vinyasa 1, this class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. These classes are slower-paced with attention given to the position of the body in the poses. Slower doesn't always mean easier! You will experience poses that will increase strength, flexibility and range of movement. Each class will offer a range of steady challenges and will end with some well-deserved relaxation. Open to all!
